Returns & Exchanges

At Basically Rich, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made it simple and straightforward.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at duta@basicallyrich.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.

  2. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide any shipping instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Exchanges are sent once the returned item is received and approved.

Shipping Costs:
